A private tuition service delivering learning in Math and ICT/IT - tailored to meet your needs for everyday living, work, study, or examinations.

Learning is a personal experience, and I will want to keep this in mind. I will always use a program of study which will contain your study preferences and aims.

At Primary and Secondary School, or in any other context where relevant and individual program of study will likely make reference to recognised schemes of work, perhaps the National Curriculum, and to examination specifications.

Or, if I'm barking up the wrong tree here, in any case an understanding of what you want and how you want to achieve it will find its way into your program of study, whether or not you have qualifications in mind.

Your program of study will be hammered out between us. It will remain flexible and incremental. I consider it my own responsibility to keep it up-to-date.

Working as a private tutor involves me in planning ahead, being well organised, doing research specific to your needs, and generally keeping my subject knowledge current.

The time I spend with you in tuition costs:

   Below GCSE: £17.50 per hour 

   GCSE:       £20.00 per hour 

   A Level:    £25.00 per hour 

with no extra charge for travelling within my immediate 8 mile radius, as referred to in 'Locations'.

I make a charge for travelling outside of this area of:

               £ 2.00 per additional mile 
                     (driving distance point to point)

Selected modules in computer science or computing may be possible by special arrangement.

All clients who book at these rates will continue to pay this amount for the hours agreed for the period of their arrangement, unless having cancelled themselves and given 48 hours notice.
